Return and Refund Policy

Because our books are printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect format selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@juxtabook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement copy or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation (60 days for international orders), please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve the issue.

Preorder Cancellations Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the book ships. Once a preorder has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard policy applies.
